Placing an order
We hold a small number of houses in stock. Please ring or contact us for current availability.
Most of our houses are made to order, thereby allowing us to customise each house to suit individual customers requirements. Take a look at the Extras for full details.
We work to a 3-4 week delivery time, from the point of ordering and payment of a 25% deposit. To place or discuss orders please call Tom or complete the enquiry form on our Contact Us page.
Deposits can be paid in person, with a cheque or by online Bank Transfer. We will send payment details in an order conformation email.

Local delivery- Local and the South West
Delivery and assembly is free within 20 miles of us here in Holbeton (nr Plymouth). If you live in the South West a delivery surcharge is charged to cover fuel cost and is dependant on your location. Please contact us for a free no obligation delivery quote.
Further afield- Bristol, Oxford and London areas
We are happy to make deliveries to the Bristol, Oxford and the London areas. This means we can assemble your new house for you. Where possible we co ordinate deliveries further afield to reduce the costs to you. Please contact us with a delivery post code for a no obligation delivery quote and to find out about our next proposed delivery date
Nationwide Delivery- UK and EU zone
Palleted nationwide delivery within mainland UK is available for The Mansion, Lodge, Country Cottage and Town House. This costs from £45 depending on your location. The Country Cottage and Town House arrive assembled, with the Mansion and Lodge requiring final self-assembly.
