Placing an order

We hold a small number of houses in stock. Please ring or contact us for current availability.

Most of our houses are made to order, thereby allowing us to customise each house to suit individual customers requirements. Take a look at the extras on our free downloadable factsheet for full details.

We work to a 3-4 week delivery time, from the point of ordering and payment of a 25% deposit. To place or discuss orders please call Tom or complete the enquiry form on our contact us page.

Deposits can be paid in person, with a cheque or by online Bank Transfer. We will send payment details in an order conformation email.

Delivery and assembly is free within 25 miles of us here in St Agnes, Cornwall. If you live in the South West a delivery surcharge is charged to cover fuel cost and is dependant on your location. Please contact us for a free no obligation delivery quote.

We can arrange palleted nationwide delivery throughout the UK and Europe. You find our houses in the Isles of Silly, throughout England and Wales, and right up the the Highlands of Scotland.

The smaller houses such and the Cottage and Lodge can be delivered fully assembled. All the house houses in our range require self assembly, which is surprisingly easy. Do contact us if you like to find out more about assembling a Devon Hen House yourself

Depending on your location, and the product you choose nationwide delivery starts from £45. Please do contact us with a delivery postcode and the house you would like to order, and we will calculate a delivery charge for you.
